We are seeking a talented and experienced Sketchup 3D Modeler to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Cape Town. As a Sketchup 3D Modeler, you will work closely with our founder John and together you will create highly detailed and accurate 3D models of interiors including custom furniture, and decorative elements.
At John Jacob Interiors, we offer full scope work from architectural design to furnishing. Most often our projects have a holistic design approach as the architectural elements and decorative elements are designed simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (desirable)
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience (essential) Experience in the interior design industry is preferred
- Expert knowledge of Sketchup and Enscape (essential)
- Demonstrated experience in creating highly detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces, custom furniture, and decorative elements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team of designers and architects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines
Working hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday at our office in Bree Street, Cape Town.
