Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic design team in January 2025. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in luxury residential design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine luxury residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, details, and specifications that align with our design vision.
- Engage in client meetings to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their vision is reflected in the design process.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and coordinate with contractors and other consultants.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and visual materials for client meetings and project approvals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in luxury residential architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit & Lumion Suites.
- Strong understanding of luxury residential detailing and construction practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for design and detail, with a passion for creating exceptional living spaces.
